Yes. You do not need a complete plan before getting in touch. I will first understand your project, audience, material, budget, and use case, then suggest whether consultation, design, or a full build is the right starting point.
02 How should I choose between the three packages?
Choose consultation if you want to build or edit the site yourself. Choose website design if you need structure and high-fidelity designs. Choose design and build if you want the website completed and launched with support.
03 Can we have a short intro call first?
Yes. Before a formal consultation, we can do a brief needs check within 15 minutes to see whether the service is a fit. Detailed strategy, page diagnosis, or technical teaching belongs in a paid session.
04 Are the prices fixed?
The listed prices are starting points. The final quote depends on page count, content complexity, visual scope, multilingual needs, CMS requirements, custom interactions, deployment, and maintenance needs.
05 How long does it usually take?
Consultations are booked by the hour. Website design usually takes 7-15 working days. Website design and build usually takes 15-30 working days.
06 Can we work remotely?
Yes. Projects can be handled through online meetings, shared documents, and asynchronous communication. Communication is available in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
07 Are hosting and domain fees included?
No. Design and build fees include the service work and basic deployment support. Domain, hosting, plugins, paid fonts, and stock assets are billed separately.
08 Can you help improve an existing website?
Yes. For small fixes, structure advice, mobile review, or AI-assisted editing guidance, start with a 1:1 consultation. Larger redesigns or rebuilds can be quoted separately.
